Welcome to our Pop-In page! If we met you at a Pop-In event, we’re glad to see you again. We’ve compiled resources here so you can learn more about future flooding impacts and how you can be part of building community resilience.
What’s a Pop-in? These are community outreach events filled with games and activities to learn about future flooding and the impacts on the community. We’re working across Mississippi, Alabama and the Florida Panhandle in 2023 and early 2024 with community partners to host these events! If you haven’t attended a Pop-In event, check out our schedule of upcoming events at the bottom of the page. Or if you have a community event you’d like to see us at please email info@placeslr.org to request a Pop-In.
