Biography:
Nina is a habitat resilience specialist with PLACE:SLR and an extension associate with Mississippi State University. Her work focuses on the effects of sea level rise on coastal habitats. Specifically, she works on updating inventories of relative habitat and coastal monitoring infrastructure, in addition to conducting extension and outreach activities related to the transition and translation of sea-level rise information for coastal decision making. She received a B.S. in Biology from Andrews University and a M.S. in Biology from East Carolina University.
