Biography:
Emerson Woodhall is a fourth-year student at Northeastern University majoring in Environmental Studies with a minor in Math. She grew up on the Outer Banks of North Carolina and has a passion for coastal areas. She is looking forward to learning more about the Gulf Coast through her co-op at the MSU Coastal Research and Extension Center with PLACE: SLR and the Coastal Conservation and Restoration Program.
Fun Fact:
Emerson is currently taking classes in aerial silks and hoop.
Favorite Spot on the Northern Gulf:
Emerson’s favorite spot so far is the Sandhill Crane Wildlife Refuge in Ocean Springs.
